RUAG develops and markets technology applications in the aerospace, security and defense sectors. Production sites are located in Switzerland and 13 other countries across Europe, the USA and Asia-Pacific. Around 8700 employees - 430 of whom are apprentices - generate sales of around CHF 1.9 billion. They are all promised regular high-quality, attractive information about events, developments, prospects and the plans of their company.
A wide variety of internal and external contact points, global delivery, complex processes, several language variants and high demands on the quality of the magazine - all these factors document the challenges involved in realizing the employee magazines of RUAG Aviation and RUAG Defence.
A standardized process was developed in close cooperation with the project management and in consultation with translation and production partners. In conjunction with a well-established project management system, this process ensures the efficient and on-schedule realization of the employee magazines. The project managers can also now rely on established processes and structures that largely relieved them of organizational tasks so they can concentrate fully on the creation of high-quality content.
